Most products don’t fail for lack of ideas. They stall in the handoffs — between the branding agency, the design freelancer and the dev shop, each finishing their part and leaving the gaps to you. Xermio owns the whole path, from first sketch to the App Store and beyond.

03Process

From first sketch to the App Store.

A fixed scope, a weekly build and a direct line to the person doing the work. Here’s the path, illustrated with recent projects.

  1. We pressure-test the idea, cut version one down to what matters and agree on scope, price and timeline — in writing.

  2. A name, mark and visual language designed for a home-screen icon first and everything else second.

  3. Flows and screens you can tap through on your own phone before a line of production code exists.

  4. Production code in weekly builds. Every week there’s something new to try on your phone — and to push back on.

  5. Store submission, subscriptions and analytics go live. Then we stay on and iterate on what real users actually do.

Typical timeline for a first version. Yours is agreed in writing during Discover.

04Why Xermio

Small studio. No account managers. No handoffs.

  • The designer writes the code

The person who designs your product also builds it, so nothing gets lost between the mockup and production.

  • We’ve been through review

We publish our own apps. App Review rejections, paywall rules and launch-week surprises are familiar ground.

  • You own everything

Source code, design files, brand assets and store accounts are yours from day one. No lock-in, ever.

  • Built to last

Clean architecture, a real design system and documentation — so your next hire is productive in days, not months.

Xermio is an all-in-one product design and development studio. We design, build and launch your product end to end — brand identity, UI/UX, iOS, Android and web engineering, App Store and Google Play submission, and subscriptions — so nothing gets lost between agencies.

Landing pages are $1,000, fixed. Brand Sprints start at $1,500, Product Builds at $6,000 and Product Partner at $2,500 a month. After a free 30-minute call you get a fixed price and timeline in writing. The number doesn’t change unless the scope does.

Projects are 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Product Builds are paid by milestone instead, and Product Partner is billed monthly. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

Yes. A Landing Page Sprint ($1,000, 7 days) or a Brand Sprint is a low-risk way to see how we work before a bigger build.

Most first versions go from kickoff to launch in 2–4 weeks. A Landing Page Sprint takes 7 days and a Brand Sprint 1–2 weeks. We’ll give you a week-by-week plan before anything starts.

Both, and the web too. We’ll recommend native or cross-platform based on your product, budget and roadmap — not on what’s easiest for us.

Yes. Source code, design files, brand assets and store accounts belong to you from day one. Everything lives in your repositories and your accounts.

Yes. We can take over a stalled project, redesign an app that’s already live, or join your engineers as a designer who also ships code.

Every Product Build includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and review issues. After that, many teams move to a monthly Product Partner plan to keep shipping.

Of course. Send yours before the first call and we’ll sign it.
