Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of blyn, published by Xermio. By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The product

blyn helps you track spending and budgets on your iPhone. Core tracking works offline on your device. Optional Pro features (including the AI money coach and chat backup) require a subscription and, for server features, an account.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your sign-in (Apple or email). Keep access to your email or Apple ID secure.

Subscriptions

Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Prices are shown in the App and charged to your Apple ID. Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Apple under their terms. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.

Payment is charged when you confirm purchase. The subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

AI coach

Coach replies are generated automatically from the context you provide. They are for personal organization only — not investment, tax, legal, or professional financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make. We may limit abusive, off-topic, or excessive use.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our servers.
• Do not use Coach to harass others or process others’ private data without rights.
• Do not circumvent subscription or rate limits.

Intellectual property

The App, name, and branding are owned by Xermio. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the App as provided through the App Store.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect AI output.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Xermio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your financial decisions. Our total liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you only used the free features).

Changes
